We attend international recruitment drives throughout Western and Eastern Europe to assist you in filling vacancies in geographical areas or professions with recognised shortages and will ensure that any workers sourced are of the required quality and will not compromise service standards.
Where
Our international recruitment campaigns are conducted in line with legislation ensuring we only recruit from countries which have a government led agreement/programme, and would not be negatively affected by the recruitment of the staff. The mutual recognition of various qualifications from Spain, Italy, Ireland, Greece & Portugal has previously facilitated a smooth transition for the selected candidates supplied via international recruitment projects; with most of the recruitment drives occurring in Romania, Greece, Spain, Hungary and Bulgaria.
Quality Assured
We ensure that all international workers have the required levels of qualification along with the relevant right to work clearance in the UK. Face to face interviews are conducted to ascertain a good standard of communication (both verbal and written). Furthermore, to ensure that our international workers are of the highest quality, all candidate training and occupational health assessments are verified and only workers that meet or exceed our criteria will be presented to our clients.
